Parent-teacher-student conference
Today you will be receiving your appointment for the parent- teacher-student conference that will be held on Wednesday, May 7th. We ere scheduled for Friday but our students have been invited to attend a field trip to California Institute of Technology inPasadena. This is indeed an honor to have been chosen!
Parent Workshop
This coming Wednesday, May 7th, Ms. Hale from our Share and Care Program will be giving a workshop about Fostering your child’s self esteem from 8:30am-10:30am in the auditorium. You are all welcome to attend. These workshops will continue for the next school year, 2014-2015. Attached is a listing of the topics to be discussed but the date will probably change. Please plan on attending.
First Confession and First Communion
The children who will be receiving their first communion will have first confessions on Monday, May 12th at 6pm in the church. This is a mandatory time to spend in church with your children. Father Humberto has invited all of the parents and sponsors to attend. He will also be answering any questions you may have concerning First communion.
Parking Lot safety
After school please remember to pick up your children by using the gate on 111th Place to enter the lot and the gate on 112th street to exit the lot. Do no use the 1111th Place lot as an exit. This is not a safe area for traffic to enter and exit. Please be careful!
Service hours
All service hours are due to be completed by May 25th. Please call the office at least a day before you plan to come to help.
Registration
We still have many families who have not paid registration, please do so as soon as possible! Registration for new students is now open. Registration is $200 per student. Call the office with any questions you may have.
Spring Pictures
Spring pictures will be next Tuesday, May 6th at 8:00am. There will be free dress on this day. A flyer will be sent home today with the students.
Celebration del día del niño
Please come join us celebrate el día delniño on Friday May 2nd from 6pm-9pm. There will be clowns, jumpers, face painting, a food sale, and much more!

Conferencia de padres, maestros y estudiantes
Hoy recibirán su cita para la conferencia de padres, maestros y estudiantes, que se efectuara el miércoles, 7 de mayo. Estaba programado para el viernes, pero nuestros estudiantes han sido invitados a asistir a una excursión al Instituto de Tecnología de California en Pasadena. Es un honor el haber sido elegidos!
Taller para Padres
Este miércoles, 7 de mayo la Sra. Hale del Programa de Compartir y Cuidar ofrecerá un taller sobre Fomento de la autoestima de su hijo, de 8:30 am-10: 30am en el auditorio. Todos ustedes están invitados a asistir. Estos talleres continuarán durante el próximo año escolar, 2014-2015 Se adjunta una lista de los temas a tratar, pero la fecha probablemente va a cambiar. Por favor planee asistir.
Primera Confesión y Primera Comunión
Los niños que van a recibir su Primera Comunión y tendrán primeras confesiones el lunes 12 de mayo a las 6pm en la iglesia. Este es un tiempo obligatorio que tienen que pasar en la iglesia con sus hijos. Padre Humberto ha invitado a todos los padres y padrinos a que asistan. También estará respondiendo a cualquier pregunta que usted pueda tener referente a la primera comunión.
Seguridad en el Estacionamiento
Después de clases, favor de recordar que deben recoger a sus hijos mediante el uso de la puerta de 111th place, y la salida por la calle 112 St. Favor de no usar 111th St. Para salir. Esto no es una zona segura para el tráfico para entrar y salir. Por favor, tenga cuidado!
Horas de servicio
Todas las horas de servicio que se deben tienen que completarse para el 25 de mayo. Por favor, llame a la oficina por lo menos un día antes de que venga a ayudar.
Registraciones para el próximo año escolar
Todavía tenemos muchas familias que no han pagado la inscripción, por favor, hágalo tan pronto como sea posible! La inscripción para los nuevos alumnos ya está abierta. El costo es de $ 200 por estudiante. Llame a la oficina por cualquier pregunta que pueda tener.
Fotos de Primavera
Las fotos de primavera serán el próximo martes, 6 de mayo a las 8:00 am. Habrá vestido libre en este día. Un folleto será enviado a casa hoy con los estudiantes.
Celebración del Día del Niño
Por favor, únete a nosotros celebramos el Día del Niño el viernes 2 de mayo de 6pm a 9pm. Habrá payasos, puentes, pintura de caras, una venta de alimentos, y mucho más !
